Raise and Raise again.
So the end of year reviews were just given out at work. I managed only a six cent pay increase. Not what I was hoping for, but I couldn’t complain too much since some of my coworkers were facing pay-cuts.
That all changed today, though. I finally got to talk to the boss long enough for him to tell me I got the promotion we’d talked about two or three weeks ago. This is a much bigger raise and much better hours. I’ll be running around like a Davis brother (heehee, running joke), but at least it’ll be more interesting than what I’m doing now.
