(Not so) Super Couponing
After getting inspired by the ladies and gentlemen on TLC’s viral show, I decided that couponing on a much smaller scale would help Bill and I make ends meet.
Sadly there were no coupon inserts in the local papers today, but I still managed to find a few good deals. After an hour of coupon printing last night and a hour scoping out the ads this morning, this is what I found:
- Gerber infant finger foods for $.34 to $1.25 each. (Plus more coupons recieved at the register.)
- Skintimate and Edge shave gel for $1.44 each.
- Bic 4pk razors for for $1.50 and $2.50 each.
- Head & Shoulders for $2.42 a bottle.
- Lysol Disinfecting Wipes for $1.00 each.
- Hamburger Helper for $1.50 each. (Plus $2.00 coupon off my next purchase: $1.30 each.)
- Old Spice and Secret deodorant for $.50 each.
All together I spent about $70 and saved about $30.
